Julie's Health Philosophy:
"I'm excited to join the Rockwell Nutrition Team, and I enjoy helping people obtain better health. I believe happiness, vibrant energy and good health are very much tied to one another. Nutrition is the basis of life and good health. We often get so busy or stressed out with life, we skip meals and eat whatever is quick and convenient and often, nutrient poor. This kind of meal pattern often leads to poor health. Years of living a busy, stressful life and/or dealing with a disease or health condition can lead to an inadequate diet and even compromise your digestion and integrity of your intestinal tract. These compromises can affect the absorption of the valuable nutrients needed to maintain your health. My goal is to help people resolve their health issues through nutrition and lifestyle improvements, including food and nutritional supplements beneficial for healing and better health."
Laura Siebold, MS, Clinical Nutritionist
Laura has a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University. She joined the Rockwell Nutrition team in February 2011.
Laura is a mother of two and realized how important it is to feed and raise her family on healthy and nutritious foods. The science of nutrition has given her the knowledge to incorporate balanced nutrition, with quality vitamins and minerals, to achieve optimal health and digestion. The science of psychology has given her the ability to recognize unhealthy habits and motivate clients to achieve beneficial behaviors. Together, these two fields are absolutely necessary to reach your nutritional goals.
She enjoys consulting her clients on a wide variety of clinical conditions such as weight management, heart disease prevention, hypertension, hypoglycemia, diabetes, and children's health.
Laura's motto: Good nutrition doesnt have to be confusing.
