If you add more products 1 week before your scheduled shipment, they can be included that month. There is no minimum purchase required to join the Autoship Plan yet if your order is above $75, it will ship FREE via Ground. (Canadian orders ship from Ontario via Purolator).

To start auto-shipping your supplements login to your account below, and you will see the option available on each product page. Just click on the drop down "purchase option" menu and choose your delivery frequency (30 or 90 days), and it will automatically be saved to your account.
