Since I am using “Bio B12 + Folic Acid by Genestra”, and the “Pyridoxine -5-Phosphate by Genestra”, I am calmer and my sleep is easier, I have no more nervous spasms. I always thought I was allergic to the B vitamins, and God only know how much I needed it after the burnout I got. Thanks to Julie who looked at my situation and we both discovered that I was suffering from IC (interstisis cystisis).
Most B vitamins I found in the past contained citric acid or magnesium stearate which those 2 elements are against IC. Thanks so much, I am starting to recuperate the way I should.

I've been taking B12 +Folic Acid for over 4 years along other Genestra supplements. They are the best that I've ever taken and notice a difference both mentally physically. It was recommended to me by my ND for pre pregnancy support and post pregnancy for extra energy. I had an overall healthy pregnancy and very healthy son who is now 3.5 yrs old.
