Supplement Recommendations:
1-2 hours before each meal (empty stomach):
4 capsules Bromelain Papain+ three times daily for 4 weeks, then reduce down to 2 caps three times daily for 3-6 months.

At the start of each meal:
Take 1-3 high potency digestive enzymes- Digest Plus.

After each meal:
1 HMF Intensive probiotic 1x3 per day for 10 days, then ½ teaspoon of HMF Super Powder after each meal.
1 teaspoon (tsp) of Super EFA Liquid after each meal, or can be taken all at once as 1 Tablespoon (Tbsp) per day.
1 Tbsp Colloidal Multi Mins with each meal (since Crohn's patients have very low mineral levels and absorption problems, this is an important supplement).

Therapeutic Foods:
Cultured goat’s milk dairy (i.e. Bulgarian Yogurt)
Grass fed Meat
Omega 3 eggs
Coconut Oil for cooking and added to any food
Ocean Caught Fish
Fresh Vegetable Juice (i.e. Celery, carrot, beet, spinach)
