Screwed me up bad

This somehow screwed up the balance in my stomach. I am also on nexium which works fine but once I started taking these my movements were regular but then it got much worse to the point if I eat I get such bad stomach pains. It seems I do not pass gas much anymore and get bloated very easily. I used to be pretty gassy. If i drink anything fizzy i could burp, if not it'd be the other way. Now I rarely do and the gas hurts so bad I can feel it in my back in different spots (not kidneys etc).
I wish I never took this.

I have been taking Digest Plus since it was prescribed to me by a naturopath doctor in 2007. It has significantly helped in addressing my GI problems. I take it twice a day.

I've had GI problems for most of my life starting with potential ulcer problems in my 20's. I've been weaning foods like milk, onions and nuts from my diet over the last few years because of the bloating, indigestion etc that had become increasingly worse. I've been taking Digest Plus with HMF Forte and Ichol for 3 months. There has been such a great improvement that I've passed the word on to two friends who are both experiencing similar improvements after a month on the regimen
