HMF Capsules provides two strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum and Bifidobacterium lactis to specifically assist with the maintenance of normal intestinal health and, thereby, the integrity of the immune system. The formulation of the HMF probiotics has not changed, just the manufacturer?s guarantee has changed on the label of the HMF Probiotics. It has been recently communicated to us by Seroyal/Genestra that ?Barley gluten, lactose and soy are used in the fermentation medium for growing the micro-organisms prior to manufacturing the final formulation. These nutrients are digested by the micro-organisms during fermentation and further removed during centrifugation (after fermentation).?
?We have tested the HMF probiotics as worst-case scenarios based on total daily consumption and target populations and no gluten, dairy or soy was detected in the final product. Although our analytical assay for soy, gluten & dairy did not detect any proteins, these methods cannot detect total absence.?

Are HMF products shipped with an ice pack? No. But, after extensive product testing and new freeze drying technology performed by Genestra, it was concluded that the ice pack did not make a difference during shipping since the product potency was still well over 100% label claims when shipped with ice or no ice. The manufacturer states that it is no longer necessary to ship the HMF products with an ice pack for these reasons:
Genestra has added in 50% more probiotic than what the label guarantees per bottle. For example, HMF Forte is guaranteed to have 6 billion L. acidophilus per serving, but there are 12 billion present at time of manufacturing and it is kept frozen until shipping.

How do I travel with my HMF probiotics? loving the "no FOS" feature!

In trying to correct some digestive issues and yeast I was in need of a product that didn't have the fructose compound that many include. This is excellent quality and has gradually brought improvements to my overall health. I would recommend this probiotic to anyone.

This product is very good in assisting in the digestion and helps elimination of waste. Though it taste a bit funny it does it work.
