Herbolax is recommended for chronic and acute constipation, food allergies, gallstones, chronic headaches and ineffective bowel movements, and it can be used as part of an effective detoxification program.

Herbolax provides a non-addictive, non-irritating combination of synergistic herbs known for their ability to stimulate normal bowel function through their action on the liver, gall bladder and intestines. Cassia acutifolia (Senna)  280 mg 
Rhamnus purshiana (Cascara Sagrada) 65 mg 
Rheum officinale (Rhubarb) 65 mg 
Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice) 55 mg 
Pimpinella anisum (Anise) 55 mg 

Recommended Dosage
Adults: One to two tablets daily before retiring.
Children under 12: One tablet daily before retiring.

Contraindications:
Prenatal, nursing mothers, irritable bowel syndrome.
