I have had irritable bowel for the past 10 years of my life and never found anything that worked consistantly with my body. This product is amazing! I would be interested to know if this is somehting you can take as part of your daily routine, or for cleanse purposes only??

This is product I have used for several. I can honestly say that I have tried NOT using it many times and each time after a couple month, felt tired & overall ugly. I seem to have more inertia behind me when I take this on a regular basis.
