Recommended Dosage
Adults: One to two capsules, according to the indications.
Menopause: One to two capsules, two times daily with meals from day 14 to 21 of the calendar month, for four months.
Repeat as necessary.
Prevention of osteoporosis: One to two capsules, two times daily with meals from day 10 to 28 of the menstrual cycle, for four months.
Repeat as necessary.
Premenstrual syndrome: One to two capsules, two times daily with meals from day 10 to 28 of the menstrual cycle, for four months.
Repeat as necessary.
Prenatal: One capsule one to two times daily with meals throughout entire pregnancy.
Children under 12: For premenstrual syndrome, one capsule two times daily with meals from day 10 to 28 of the menstrual cycle, for four months.
Repeat as necessary.

Contraindications
Estrogen-sensitive cancers due to isoflavones.
