Tastes good and prefer this liquid to the pills. I think I absorb the vitamins better and faster. I really notice a difference in my energy when I take it versus when I forget. Over time, I think it helps improve my mood too. I get mild Seasonal Affective Disorder and someone told me to take vitamin D and a B complex. I don't know which has helped (the D or B supplements) - probably both but I feel better. The only thing is that, like most B vitamin supplements, it can make you feel pretty sick if you take it on an empty stomach - and best to take it in the morning because it's an energizer.

I absolutely love this product. I had slowly through the years developed an issue with my hands starting to shake. It was discovered that I was not absorbing the B vitamin through pill form. I started taking Genestra Liquid B Complex and noticed a difference within two days. Love it!

I take this every morning with breakfast and feel the results all day. I am a busy mother of a 6 yr old and 9 yr old and I work fulltime. If I miss a day of taking this I feel tired and lack energy by suppertime.When I take Liquid B. I have enough energy to play outside with my children after supper.
