Excellent product that provides energy and boosts the immune system. Genestra Orti B is the only B complex I can take as it doesn't contain the cheap fillers used in other brands of b complex such as soy, corn, etc. which are allergens for many people, like myself.

I've been using this product a long time. Originally my aunt told me about it. Both of us used to get cold sores frequently, like more than once a month. Since using this product neither of gets cold sores NEARLY as much. If I'm lucky, I'll go a whole year without one. I will get one if I run out of this or I miss a few days, but other than that, the cold sores are practically non-existent!
