Our new Rockwell Rewards Points Program is simple and easy to use. And unlike most other rewards programs which offer you only 1% back, the rewards with Rockwell are HUGE at 1 point for every dollar spent! And, there is no expiration date.
For every online purchase you make, you will be rewarded with points. Each product page will note the number of points which can be redeemed with that purchase. The points are usually in relation to the product price, and some products promoted in our newsletter will be eligible for extra reward points. Phone orders do not accumulate rewards points.
Redeem Your Points:
Once you have enough points, simply log into your account, look for your Reward Points on the My Account page then click the green redeem link. A new page will open up, pick the reward you want and click on the green Redeem link (do not click on the gift icon as that is used for purchasing a Gift Certificate and not for redeeming points). You will receive an email with a GC number. Once you receive that GC number you may now place your next order making sure that you enter the GC number in the Coupon Code field and clicking on Go. Your order total will not show the credit, but your credit card will be charged for the net amount only.
The rewards are redeemed as gift certificates for any products on our site. You can then use your gift certificate on your new order. You can even send the code to a friend and they can use it! It is our way of saying thank you for being a great customer of Rockwell Nutrition.
