I purchased this product for my infant daughter. I pierce the gel with a pin and squeeze the liquid into her mouth. I tested it myself first, and she seems to agree that it's not a bad tasting product...no fussing at all!.

I LOVE that these capsules have no fishy smell or taste. My naturopath recommended these for the second trimester of my pregnancy. I was super sensitive to smells so I could really appreciate the fact that these capsules did not smell or have any aftertaste whatsoever.
