| I like using the thyroidinum granules but had ordered the liquid, so I am not sure what happened with the shipment. There was a long back order on it, but it eventually came. |

| Rockwell product selection and customer service is excellent! The advice and help they give if we have any questions is incredible. However, in Canada, Rockwell has arranged with Seroyal to pack and dispatch Genestra products and we've had issues: one time with Seroyal packing two less items than ordered; and each time with Purolator Courier delivery (Seroyal only delivers using Purloator and our experience has been enormously frustrating). |
